View your service visits and pool health
Check your pool health, upcoming services, and service history from the Health and History tabs in the customer portal.
Health tab — your dashboard
The Health tab is the first page you see when you sign in.
Pool health summary
The Pool health card shows your current status and a trend label — Improving, Declining, or Stable. If there are no readings yet, the card says Welcome to your pool portal and explains that Your pool health and service story will appear here once your first visit is complete.
Quick stats and actions
Below the health card, the dashboard shows Next service and Balance or Balance due. If nothing is scheduled yet, it says Not yet scheduled and We will notify you when it is booked. If no balance is due, it says All clear and No balance due right now. When a balance exists, a View & pay button takes you straight to the invoice.
The Quick actions row offers one-tap links to Message tech, Pay bill, History, and Work orders.
Needs your attention
If a work order or quote is waiting, a count banner appears, such as 1 item awaiting you or n items awaiting you, with a View all link.
Last visit
The Last visit section shows the visit date and technician notes. If photos were taken, the label reads Pool after service. Before your first visit the placeholder says Photos will appear after your next visit. Click See every visit to jump to the full History tab.
What we are watching and What is ahead
The What we are watching section lists any recommendations or issues your technician is monitoring. The What is ahead section shows upcoming events; click Full schedule to see everything.
Equipment
The Equipment section lists each piece of equipment and its condition. Conditions are shown as tags: Excellent, Good, Fair, Worn, or Replace.
If the dashboard fails to load
If something goes wrong, the portal shows Unable to load your dashboard right now. Try refreshing the page or signing out and back in.
History tab — past visits
Sign in to the customer portal.
Click the History tab.
The page title is Service History and the subtitle shows either the number of visits on record or Your past service visits.
Browse the list to see technician notes and photos from each past visit.
If there are more visits than fit on one page, use Previous and Next to move through pages, or read the text Page X of Y to see where you are.
If you own multiple pools, use the Pool selector at the top of the Health tab to switch between them.
