The portal sends the magic link to the email or phone number your pool service company has on file. If the contact info you entered does not match exactly, the link will not be sent.
What to do:
Double-check the spelling of your email or the digits of your phone number.
If you have both an email and a phone on file, try entering the other one.
Refer to communications from your pool service company to confirm which email address or phone number they have recorded.
If you are using email, check your spam or junk folder.
If you are using a phone number, make sure your device can receive SMS text messages.
Opting out of marketing text messages from your pool service company will not stop you from receiving portal sign-in links.
