Message your service team
Communicate with your pool service team through the Messages tab in the customer portal. All messages live in one shared conversation thread, so you and your technician can see the full history.
Send a message
Sign in to the customer portal.
Click the Messages tab.
Tap the attachment button labeled Attach photo if you want to include a picture.
Type your message in the composer. The placeholder text reads Write a message…
Click Send.
While the message is being sent, the button changes to Sending…
Before you send, you can remove an attachment by clicking Remove attachment on the preview.
What to message about
Customers commonly use messaging to:
Ask questions about upcoming visits or recent service
Report a pool issue such as cloudy water or equipment trouble
Request a repair or extra service
Follow up on an invoice or payment question
Messages you may receive from your pool service
Your pool service company may also reach out to you through the portal. You might see messages about:
Work orders that need your approval
Updates after a service visit
Billing or payment reminders
General updates about your pool care
Check the Messages tab regularly so you do not miss any requests that need your attention.
You can also directly reply to email messages or SMS text messages from your pool company and those replies will appear in your message history on the Messages tab.
If the conversation is empty
When no messages exist yet, the page shows Send a message below to start the conversation with your pool service team. Use the composer to send your first message.
If you do not see a response
Pool service teams usually reply during business hours. If you sent a message and have not heard back after a reasonable time, check that your message went through and that you are still signed in to the portal. If you are unsure whether your message was received, you can send a polite follow-up in the same thread.
Keep your contact information up to date on the Account tab so your pool service company can reach you if they need more details.
