Manage your account
Use the Account tab in the customer portal to review your pool details, update your contact information, choose how you prefer to be reached, manage SMS notifications, and sign out.
Find your account information
Sign in to the customer portal.
Click the Account tab at the top of the page.
The page greets you with Your account. and shows the first name and last name on file.
Review your pool and property details
Under Your pool or Your pools, you will see the property address and any tags such as Spa or Heater. If you have multiple pools, each one is listed separately.
Update your contact info
In the Account tab, look for the Contact info section.
Click Edit to open the form.
Update the fields you need:
Phone — your primary phone number
Alternate phone — a secondary number
Preferred contact — choose Email or Text message
Click Save.
While saving, the button changes to Saving…
Keeping your contact info current is important because the portal sends your magic sign-in link to the email or phone number your pool service company has on file.
Manage SMS notifications
If you select Text message as your preferred contact, the portal shows an SMS notifications panel with a checkbox that reads:
Yes, sign me up for SMS notifications. I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The panel also explains the types of messages you may receive:
Technician arrival ("on my way") notifications
Invoice availability, payment confirmations, and overdue reminders
Service proposals that need your approval
To confirm your choice, check the box and click Yes, sign me up!. If you leave the box unchecked, the Save button shows a tooltip: Check the SMS consent box to continue.
Settings summary
The Settings section on the Account tab shows a read-only summary:
Service preferences — Set by your pool service team
Notifications — for example, Text + email · visit ETAs on
Autopay — Manage from billing
Payment methods — Manage from billing
Sign out
When you are finished, click Sign out to end your session and return to the sign-in page.
If something goes wrong
If the Account tab fails to load, the portal shows Unable to load account. Try refreshing the page or signing out and back in. If the problem continues, contact your pool service company.
