Payment plans
A payment plan breaks an invoice into a series of scheduled installments so you can pay over time instead of all at once. If your pool service company sets one up for you, it appears in the Billing tab. Payment plans are created by your service company, so contact them directly if you would like to arrange one.
Where to find your payment plan
Sign in to the customer portal.
Click the Billing tab at the top of the page.
Scroll to the Payment plans section.
Each active or paused plan is shown as a card. Plans that are completed are also visible if they are still on record.
How to read your payment plan card
Each card shows the details you need to track the plan at a glance.
Plan name. The card shows a frequency label such as Monthly plan or Weekly plan.
Status. A status chip shows whether the plan is Active, Paused, Completed, or Processing.
Progress. A line reads something like 3 of 6 payments completed (with , 1 processing added if a payment is currently settling).
Progress bar. A visual bar shows how far along the plan you are.
Next payment. For active plans, a summary shows Next payment: $XX on Month Day, Year.
Installment list. Rows show each installment as #1 ยท Jan 15, 2026 with the amount. The first upcoming installment that is ready to pay has a Pay now button.
Pay an installment early
You can pay the next scheduled installment before its due date.
In the Payment plans section on Billing, find the plan you want to pay.
Click Pay now next to the first payable installment.
Choose a saved payment method or enter a new card or bank account. The portal asks How would you like to pay? with options for Credit Card or US Bank Account.
Submit the payment and wait for the confirmation.
After the payment goes through, the installment status updates and the progress indicator moves forward.
Pay the remaining balance
If you want to finish the plan in one go, you can pay off all remaining installments at once.
In the Payment plans section on Billing, find the active plan.
If more than one installment remains, the card shows a button reading Pay remaining balance of $XX.
Click the button, choose or enter a payment method, and submit.
The remaining balance is charged as a single payment and the plan completes once the payment settles.
Payment plans and invoices
A payment plan is always tied to one invoice. In the Recent invoices section, an invoice on a plan shows On a payment plan instead of a normal due date or Pay Now button. You pay that invoice through the plan installments, not through the regular invoice payment flow.
If you are not sure whether an invoice is on a plan, look for the On a payment plan label in the invoice row.
Payment plans are different from autopay. Autopay pays your recurring service bills automatically. A payment plan spreads one invoice into scheduled installments.
Need help?
If a payment fails, check your saved payment method in the Payment method card on the Billing tab or add a new one. If you do not see a payment plan you expected, or if you want to set one up, contact your pool service company directly.
