Set up autopay

Turn on autopay in the Billing tab so your recurring pool service bills are paid automatically. You need a saved payment method before autopay can be enabled.

Note that one-off invoices, such as for work orders, will not be auto paid. Only your recurring service plan payments.

Before you start

Add a card or bank account in the Payment method card on the Billing tab. The Autopay section will show Add a payment method to enable this option. until you do.

Enable autopay

  1. Sign in to the customer portal.

  2. Click the Billing tab.

  3. Find the Autopay section.

  4. Choose the payment method you want to use for recurring charges.

  5. Turn autopay on.

Once enabled, future service bills are charged automatically using the payment method you selected. The invoice status badge will show On autopay while it is active.

If autopay is on hold

If a charge fails or your pool service company pauses billing, the portal shows Autopay is on hold. When this happens, check your Payment method card to confirm the card or bank account is still valid, or add a new one. After updating the method, return to the Autopay section to re-enable it.

Cancel or change autopay later

Return to the Billing tab and open the Autopay section at any time. You can switch to a different saved payment method or turn autopay off.

The Account tab also lists Autopay in the Settings section with a link that says Manage from billing. Either path takes you to the same Autopay controls.
